Refund Policy

We put our customers first and will do everything we can to help you work out any issue. Our customers are never on their own and we pride ourselves on offering the best support service. We’ll do our best to solve any problems with our products and services.

Refunds

Before a refund is granted, you’d have to allow us to try and help. Contact our support via chat, tech ticket, or at [email protected] and please allow 24–72 hours for our Support Team to get back to you. We do our best to respond faster.

The nature of digital media (software) that can be downloaded instantly makes it non-returnable. There is no “trial” or “grace period” after purchasing any product, which means all sales are final. Once you have purchased the software or a service, there is no way to “return” it. As such, refunds cannot be provided.

We can process a refund only if:

  • You haven’t downloaded the product; or

  • The product you downloaded was completely unusable, damaged, or non-functioning, or does not do what it promises.

To summarize and clarify, no returns/refunds will be offered for digital products except in the following cases:

  1. The product is completely non-functional.

  2. The main description was misleading or the product doesn’t perform the promised function.

  3. You did not download the product.

The EU 14-Days Return Policy
Based on EU law, you may withdraw the purchase and receive a refund for any digital content (or service) purchased on the site within 14 days, only if you did not download the content, did not install it on your site, and we have not started working on any custom development.
Once a digital product has been downloaded and/or a purchased service has commenced, customers immediately lose their right of withdrawal.

You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, there are no refunds for cancellation.

Should we update, amend, or make any changes to this document to accurately reflect our services and policies, we will post the updated policy here. If you continue to use our services, you will be bound by the updated Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, you may delete your account.
